Ireland’s Guide To Money And Living

FIFA’s back

We here at You & Your Money have spent countless hours glued to one version of FIFA or another, trying in vain to replicate that one glorious virtual match where Accrington Stanley triumphed over the mighty Barcelona.

The latest edition of the popular series is FIFA 16, and we have a round up of which major Irish stores are stocking the game in Ireland, and for how much.

Argos: Seemingly the cheapest price at €63.99 on both the PS4 and the Xbox One (down from €69.99), or €62.99 on PS3 and Xbox 360 (down from €68.99). Or you can get a 500GB Xbox One plus FIFA 16 for €349.99.

Harvey Norman: Next up is the furniture and electrical retailer, weighing in at €74.99 on PS4 and Xbox One, €69.99 on PS3 and Xbox 360. You can definitely do better.

GameStop: Like Harvey Norman, FIFA 16 is €74.99 on PS4 and Xbox One, and €69.99 on PS3 and Xbox 360. Get a 1TB PS4 and FIFA 16 for €399.99 or a 1TB Xbox One for the same price.

Xtra-vision: Finally, the most expensive copy of FIFA 16 that we have found is €79.99 on PS4 and Xbox One at Xtra-vision. Even owners of older consoles take a hefty hit – €74.99 on PS3 and Xbox 360. Xtra-vision is also offering a 500GB Xbox One bundle with FIFA 16 for €369.99, and a 1TB PS4 with FIFA 16 for €399.99.

Wherever you pick up your copy, we’ll see you on the pitch.
